AJ Daly
Founder & Owner

After graduating with a master’s in psychology, AJ lived in South East Asia and Europe, working with anti-human trafficking organizations and networks. COVID-19 brought her back to the USA and after working in multiple sectors in different capacities, she discovered a love of helping people that help people by supporting them through backend and messaging consulting. Founding Libero in 2021, Amanda brings her experience in organizational structure, international and cross-cultural working environments, and strategic mind to non-profits and small businesses nationally and internationally.

Sharon Jacques
Advisory Consultant

Sharon brings her global experience, gained in multiple locations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, to the Libero International team. Sharon's industry experience includes Defence, IT, Legal Services, Global Science and Chemicals (Sustainable Technologies (Manufacturing)), Utilities (including renewables), Travel, Digital Agencies, Business Services, Gaming (IT) and Charities. Providing support and guidance, on either an ongoing or 'on-call' basis, Sharon's experience includes Organisational Development, Strategy, Partnership Management, Risk, Governance, Policy Production & Management, Systems Analysis and Improvement.
