What do we coordinate?

  • Have an idea, but not sure what it looks like in reality? We'll work with you to organize your thoughts into a coherent, and fleshed out Action Plan. We'll also follow up wit you to ensure that milestones and deadlines are being met.

    (1) 50-minute session by phone, video, or in-person

    (2) 15-minute check in up meetings

    • Help to refine and distribute detailed schedules, timelines, and run-of-show documents 

    • Relationship management with vendors, such as caterers, audio-visual technicians, and entertainment providers 

    • Overseeing the setup and breakdown of the event venue 

    • Managing staff and volunteers during pre-meetings and onsite during the event

    • Serving as the main point of contact for everyone involved in the event day-of

    • Managing registration or check-in processes, and addressing attendee needs 

    • Troubleshooting, handling any issues that arise during the event

    • Organizing the event to minimize waste and carbon footprint 

    • Crisis management, being prepared for the unexpected, such as a venue change or emergency 

    • Helping to refine the strategy and action items needed to complete the project or partnership

    • Coordinating and organizing teams, tasks, and schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

    • Communicating with clients, employers, partners, and other team members to ensure expectations are met

    • Keeping the timing and budget on track for the duration of the project or partnership, ensuring that information & expectations are disseminated and understood

    • Collaborating with various teams to budget and allocate funds, time, and resources in a sustainable and balanced way

    • Collecting and analyzing feedback from employees, customers and other stakeholders & presenting suggestions using this information

    • Helping develop company policy and updating methods with industry best practices
